We operate a credit-based system where you purchase credits to access premium features such as creating events and customizing your profile. Credits are virtual currency used within our Services.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors and their respective refund policies.
Credit purchases are one-time transactions. Once purchased, credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Refund requests for credit purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. If a refund is approved by the respective app store:

We reserve the right to change credit package prices at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

The SeeUThere name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App or by contacting us at contact@seeuthere.info.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.
