Best Practices

Before Creating

  • Check Credits: Ensure you have at least 10 credits
  • Plan Details: Have your date, time, and location ready
  • Friend List: Make sure you've added the people you want to invite

When Creating

  • Clear Title: Use descriptive titles that explain what the event is about
  • Detailed Description: Provide context and any special instructions
  • Realistic Timing: Allow adequate time for the event
  • Consider Timezones: Be mindful if inviting international friends

After Creating

  • Monitor Responses: Keep track of who has responded
  • Send Reminders: Use the reminder feature for pending participants
  • Update if Needed: Make changes if plans evolve
  • Communicate: Use other channels for detailed coordination if needed
💡 Pro Tip

Regular events work best for gatherings where you have a confirmed date, time, and location. For events where you need to coordinate timing with your group, consider using Planning Events instead.
