SeeUThere has a built-in feedback system that lets you send feedback directly through the app. Your feedback is stored securely and reviewed by our team.

Submit feedback directly in the app. Your feedback is stored in our system where our team reviews it regularly. We don't send automatic email responses.

Feedback Types

When submitting feedback, you'll choose from one of four categories:

💬 General

Share your overall experience, what you like, or areas for improvement.

🐛 Bug Report

Report technical issues, crashes, or features not working as expected.

🎨 Interface

Suggestions about the app's design, layout, or user experience.

💡 Feature Request

Ideas for new features or improvements to existing functionality.

How to Send Feedback

Feedback is submitted directly through the SeeUThere app:

Go to Profile

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen

Tap Feedback

Find and tap the "Feedback" button in your profile options

Choose Feedback Type

Select the type of feedback you want to send

Fill Out Form

Enter a subject (3-200 characters) and your message (10-500 characters)

Submit

Tap submit to send your feedback. You can submit up to 3 feedback messages per day.

What Happens Next

We don't send automatic email responses to feedback. Your feedback is stored in our system and reviewed by our team. If we need more information or have updates, we may contact you through the email associated with your account.

What Makes Good Feedback

🔒 Privacy Note

Don't include sensitive information like passwords, credit card details, or private event information in your feedback. We only need general descriptions to help improve the app.

Good Bug Report

🐛 Example

Subject: Can't edit event location

Message: "When I try to edit the location field in event creation, the keyboard appears but I can't type. This happens every time. Steps: Create Event > Tap location > Keyboard shows but no input works. iPhone 14."

Good Feature Request

💡 Example

Subject: Friend groups for easy invites

Message: "I always invite the same people to events. Would be useful to create groups like 'Work friends' or 'Family' to quickly select everyone instead of picking one by one."

💡 Tip

Keep your feedback concise due to character limits. Focus on the most important details. Your device info and app version are automatically included with your feedback.
